I chose the name Vida Counseling TX to reflect the unique experiences young adults encounter in their lives/vidas as children of immigrants in an environment that at times can work against us, not for us.
My goal is to help you address your struggles that may be affecting your life in many ways, to then support you as you move forward feeling empowered to live your life
how you want to.
