Immigration Mental Health Evaluations
Online or in-person, this time will be spent conducting a psychological assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether an individual will be able to remain lawfully in the US .
Includes intake, 2 clinical interviews, consulting with attorney & staff, and full mental health evaluation.
Services offered for the following type of immigration cases: 601/A Hardship Waiver, Asylum, VAWA, U Visa, and T Visa.
Can be conducted in person or virtual. Must reside in the State of Texas.
This does not include talk therapy.

The No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimates
The No Surprises Act, which is part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills.
The Good Faith Estimate provision of the No Surprises Act is designed to give clients an estimate of how much they’ll be charged for the healthcare services they’ll be receiving, prior to their appointment.
